Oran Pre-Cast provides a varied and challenging work place in one of the leading Irish precast construction companies. Our typical order book includes a mixture of Irish and UK projects, ranging from flagship public sector projects to private sector residential and commercial buildings. We pride ourselves on offering a Total Precast Solution for structures of all shapes and sizes. Our employees must therefore possess an ability to constantly innovate, develop and push the boundaries of our products. We do this by combining our experience and in depth technical knowledge with cutting edge software applications and a state of the art manufacturing facility.

To ensure we get the best from our employees, Oran Pre-Cast offers continuous training and development opportunities to all our staff. This can either be through internal training and mentoring or external specialist training courses. A Sports and Social club organises multiple events throughout the year where employees can build long term positive working relationships through social engagement. Recent events have included a fundraising charity bake-off, go karting and a treasure hunt through the streets of Galway.
